These yummy lemon blueberry mini cupcakes were for my cousin’s graduation party. Everyone loved these tiny treats. The light lemon and vanilla batter, with blueberries baked right inside is topped with a lemon cream cheese frosting that compliments the cake perfectly…all made from scratch of course! Definitely a summer favorite…message me for the recipe!
